John Connell is Joint Managing Director. John is a Northamptonshire business man who has worked in partnership with other learning disability services. John is keen to develop the service and is focussed on supporting his team to achieve a centre of excellence for the young people.
Surekha Chouhan is Joint Managing Director. Based in Leicester Surekha has a wealth of diverse experience from Pharmacuticals to Property and shares the same vision as John to develop our service and to achieve a centre of excellence for the young people.
Stephanie Draper is the Responsible Individual for the Wadelow site. Her experience of residential care in both Adult and Childrens Services gives her a solid foundation to undertake this role.
